I installed 5 gta to try because that program said that i had to reinstall gta but now even the gta dont work and when i try to install mta stop when it is intalling

Well guys i need help in the screen you can see my mta ok? well cant see that, and i know that i need to change the resolution but as i cant see the game i cant do it can you tell me how can i fix this?, dont tell me to reinstall it because i did as 5 times and didnt change anything
