Muffin

Hello guys I need some help with the MTA 1.3 map editor. I am mapping a lot and some objects can't be set as true or can't be rotated for example the Caligula's Ab Front. I tried into the folder to modify it to "true" but I still can't move it. I ended up deleting it. And also a lot of objects like frames... I guess an administrator can help me out with this.
