Many thanks. There was 3 MTA's open so I closed those and uninstalled SAMP. The GTA.exe wouldn't let me close it, so I restarted the computer. Seems to have fixed it.

Hey, I installed MTA and GTA SA on this 'new' laptop. Its the same one i previously ran it on before i deleted all and reinstalled to come back after my ban. Though, this time - whenever i try to open MTA it pops up with an 'another instance of MTA is already running' when its not. Can't see anything in the task manager either. hanks.
