Everything working for me, I'm mapping, and when I'm doing a test, basic or full I just can't walk, the character ain't responding, I can turn with the mouse but not attack.

I have a problem with the new stuff at MTA 1.3 just 2, these: 1. "added new scripting functions for removal of default GTASA map objects (including breakable ones)", how to remove them?, I know how to copy them but how to remove? 2. In one category the neon stuff, neon lights, like under the car, I building some objects and I wanna make a lights around the city NEON lights.
