It didn't work. After I open the MTADiag it does it's thing for a second or two and then I get the Send\Don't send error report. EDIT: MTA works now. I downloaded the MTA installer on another PC and sent it through skype to my own PC. Thanks for your help anyway!

Hi there! Recently I've been getting an error which I never had before. This started after I had installed a fresh Windows XP SP2. P.S. Before this error, I had another one, which said that Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 was missing and MTA wasn't able to download it. And yes, I re-installed it like 5 times.
