Also my teamviewer name is khailzs

I open my ports but everytime I check to see if my serer is open and it isnt when i type in "openports" they isnt open. I have a belkin router if any one has a teamviewer can you help also. http://www.teamviewer.com I really have no other idea on how to fix this help
