Okay so i have got the new MTA. I recently went on to start making a new map but when i got on there i found there was no build bar at the bottom of the screen. I re-installed it 4 times and the same thing happens. Here is proof I would really appritiate it if you could tell me why this problem is taking place. Thanks!
