Thank you so much, I'm so glad this finally works and now I can start the work on managing the server, much obliged Towncivilian.

My account is an administrator but it didn't work like one, but I still got it to download. I'll try it again.

So basically I've attempted to install MTA several times, I've attempted several patches, and I've done everything I can think of, yet I still get this error. I'm not entirely sure why it's doing this but I've had several people attempt to help me, can someone let me know if they have a fix? I've also reinstalled this several times.
