I THINK I FOUND THE PROBLEM Port 22126 UDP is closed. Players can not browse!

Hey forum can you please help me... No one is joining my server... I've already portforwarded the ports and i use my public ip to join my own server. My mate can also join my server but i dont think its at the internet list please help me... SERVER IP: 80.162.25.66 SERVERPORT: 22003
