    When i try map editor or connect to my local server which is default port, I get connection timedout, I have my AV and Firewall off, I can connect to other servers, But cant connect to my local server, It gives me a dialog Connection timed out (No reconnection messages instead, It just stops) , It used to work fine b4 i have reinstalled mta 10 itmes no work, PLZ HELP ME

    Hey im using Valhalla script, Now dont complain why im using valhalla, I dont actually mean to open server with it, Im learning from it, There arent much scripts here to learn, Thats why and i configured mysql and everything after i login in get black screen how to fix?
