the thing is that i cant go in my intenet, i mean i cant open port throght my in the 168.191.x.xxx

i tried to create a server on mta sa 1.1 and i changed little stuff in mta sa>server>... and than i clicked the mta server or whatever that runs the server, i have waited 10 secs for it to load but when i try to see if its online on the site: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/ports/?d=77.12 ... odef=1&a=1 is says everything is "off". and when a friend trys to log in the server he cant find it.. how do i fix that i want to host a server on mta ... p.s. i open 3 ports on my firewall.
