I made a tool for the Steam-Powered Users Forum (SPUF), to downgrade to versions 1.01 and 1.0 legally without downloading shady cracks that could possibly be trojans. This uses binary differences, as I do believe the 2.0 version does. It's made for the 3.0 version of the EXE, so Steam owners of SA can also play MTA with 1.0 and use 16:9 resolutions with 1.01!
