Ok what to do with all my maps from 1.0.5? Just move them to 1.1 resource folder?

I made a server for me and my friend. We started to make one island chain map. We tested many times and it worked. But at one point the tests couldnt be made. The map shows, but when we test there is nothing, we can't even create vehicles. But when I try to test the map via "Map Editor" everything works fine. What is the problem and what could be done?
