Server's Name is Valhalla Gaming. I don't know what your first question means, we aren't supposed to be invisible, and I'm not invisible to them. I can still hear them talking if I am close enough (talking has a range since it's an RP server).

No, just this one. Though I haven't played long enough on other servers to be sure. However, my brother has an identical issue, and HAS played on other servers a bunch and only has an issue with this server.

My ping is about 100, any ideas?

I can check, but it's probably not low, my network has never been a problem for me on any game.

This only seems to happen on a single server, and the problem is that all players seem to disappear or de-sync. Most disappear, and ones that I have already seen will just freeze in place. (If they enter a vehicle they disappear, and sometimes the vehicle will as well). Everything works perfectly fine for a few minutes, sometimes 1 minute, sometimes 60, and somehow it tends to correlate to whether or not I am in close proximity with another user. (Somehow staying closer to someone prevents myself from what seems like de-syncing so soon, though it still happens. I can't seem to find a solution to this and it's very frustrating, as I can't play this server (and I really want to). So um, any ideas? I've tried a ton of stuff, including opening ports, running as admin, I have reinstalled both GTA and MTA multiple times, tried not installing new version and more.
