    MTA Problem

I deleted the gta_sa.set file and tried starting GTA: San Andreas, nothing happened. I checked my GTA San Andreas Installation directory for a D3D9.dll, wasn't there. I have the latest patch of MTA: SA. I installed the latest DirectX runtimes. I tried installing that driver, but it said my Operating System is incompatible. GTA: SA worked for me when i had XP, but I cant find the installation disk, anywhere.

  3. Easy, Open MTA SA, click Map Editor, it should say "Starting local server" something like that, and voila you're in. Now, if you want to go thru the tuitorials(which i think is compulsory) and you would be fine after that.
  4. There is no admin in Map Editor, unless you want to map with a partner(which requires knowledge) You would have to go into your MAIN Multi Theft Auto San Andreas Folder, server-mods-deathmatch-acl.xml, I encourage you to use Notepad++, since it is efficient and more "clear" to visually see the text. You must look for the admin group, which is this Below webadmin, type "object name="user.yournickname" />"(without quotes) once you've done that, start up the MTA Server, wait for it to load, open the ports(if you can) and play. If you have problems with the admin panel, you may have to restart the resource or reconnect. Hope I helped you with this info. Cheers, Dreemax
