oh fogot to say . u can play sa-mp if u have high ping... some times iplay it but anyway its shit...

ping MEANS YOUR NET SPEED IN MTA...THE NUMBER OF THE PING IS LOWER= UDONT HAVE LAG AND U WONT KICK.AND BECAUSE OF MY BAD CHANCE I BORNED IN FUCKING IRAN AND I SHOULD PAY A LOT TO HAVE GOOD PING AND GOOD SPEED

i have windows 7 and i changed the name of folders to this: Basically do this... 1. rename the "editor" folder to "map_editor" 2. copy the models folder from MTA San Andreas\mods\map_editor\ to MTA San Andreas\mods\race\ 3. create \mods\map_editor\maps then i dunno how to do now...and...i cant find editor_dump because i dont have mta now i just have mta race...to make maps...

its cheap but you know how is in iran...you should get iran money and convert it to dollar or euro...then u should go to babol city to pay every month and the learning problem is that im 15 years old and i dont know programming and scripting ... and about free server i dont mean host i mean simple and internet server...

hey guys i dunno how to make cops and robbers mta server who can make a freeserver for me?

i did that i copied the zip mod and scripts file on that folder but when i started mta server .exe i gave me error: error:could not start http server on interface " " and port 22005 server stopped closing SQLITE data base what should i do?! and how to change my server name and set admin password?

when istalled MTA:SA and when i want to start a server i see an error : you were kicked by console ( A #1) how to fix that?! 2= can i have free mta server? How?! (i need complete tut ) thx for helping...
