OH DAMN "FAIL LIKE A NOOB" thx helped me a lot it worked

exactly the same erorr with the mta installation folder C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas\mta

It started one time I closed it , but when I wanted to start again it doesn't work again. I can start GTA SA in singleplayer but when i start MTA it says it couldn't start GTA SA. I've got the steam version 1.0 I installed the NO CD Crack so it should work. The helping page MTA redicts me to, don't helps me. I don't know what the problem is so any help would be good. sry for any bad english , *hope you understand*
