No. When you are riding a cop car in single player you randomly hear the radio talking like: "we have a 498 on grove" and then someone answers: "aww shut up" or something lkike it.

When you are playing on single player if you are riding a police car sometimes you hear the police radio. Thats what I meant

For example if I want to change the texture of a building and its name is: "123" and I got to gta3.img and there isnt any file named "123.txd" in that case how can I find the file that contains its texture?
