Well, this is starting to piss me off, I've tried everything. Deleted gta.set - no DX39.DLL or w/e - patched it and downloaded all of the MTA updates. I've got the steam version of GTA - I play, I've got the HOODLUM crack. I've un-installed s0biet, I'm out of options...
