Just hit ctrl-alt-del once, and it should open up the task manager... the task manager should minimize all the windows (why didn't I think of that sooner?
)CTRL+ALT+DEL opens "Windows Security" for some XP Machines
Could also try
CTRL+Shift+ESC to open the processes

I do believe if R* didn't want people to mod they wouldn't have left the incomplete scraps of multiplayer code lying around the files.
Nor would they have explained the handling.cfg file

ALT + Tab to the MTA client, and type /ingame followed by your text.

Fileplanet sucks. Also free hosts are never the way to go for projects like this, there are plenty of good hosting plans for only $10/month or cheaper.

Thesong is from the Matrix but I do not remember the name. The font is called Pricedown but I have no idea where you can get it. Used to be able to get it from the GTA:t website but its down now.

well im done finding bugs for tonight. The last thing i found was an alternate way of getting over 3 stars to trigger the helecopters. If you see an airplane flying in the sky but it seems unusually close you can destroy it with the rocket laucher to get 4 stars right away. I was near 8-ball's shop when i saw the plane that was flying close, took the maximum range of the rocket to reach it so there is alot of luck involved. With all these glitches i found just using the gun code im scared to try the tank code.
Xerox was right about the army men not being synced. I got excited too fast. It turns out their intelligence lasts for about a good 8 seconds. Also about Xerox's other question. Yes you can get to the other 2 cities on this but it is very very lonely in those places. But none the less you can get up to 6 stars. You can get up to 4 stars on single player Portland at the start i believe.
On single player:
Portland - Max 4 stars
Staunton Island - 5 Stars
Shoreside Vale - 6 Stars

lol, yueah I knew you could kill the mafia and diableo guy too (tested) but I didn't know you could geyt helicopters on you, didn't know theyy wernt disabled, maybe someone should look into that if they dont know.

My GTA seems to lockup on single player mode after "Silvador Calls A Meeting" whenever i enter a cutscreen. Anyone have any idea why?

The game is a beta. ITS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BUGS.
You think Rockstar didn't have bugs when it first started? When they say the game is "bugless" and you find a bug then complain but until then shut up.

i told u, the restore tool was untested. It was my first project in vb.net 2003
Well the program works now for some strange reason.

Just extract it to your GTAIII directory and it will replace the required files.
It replaces:
anim/ped.ifp
data/main.scm
TEXT/american.gtx
as stated a few posts above.

Well i found that error, I installed the .NET framework and that error went away now i get "CLR Error: 80004005" and those files I can post on the web in a few minutes.

The GTA Restore program isn't working for me.
"The Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

sometimes, I'll be driving a perfect health car (and yes, I know that there's no damage modeling yet), when I appear on the hood, die, and go to the spawn place!
Thats exactly what happens to me!
I get into a car at the Diablo start place and 5 seconds later im on the hood and warped back to the helipad.

The beginning guys are easy to kill, just type "gunsgunsguns" and shoot them with the shotgun

It happens to me too, I die, get in a car, 3 seconds later appear on the cars roof and get warped to the helipad.
As mentioned above, restarting GTAIII fixes it.
