ok so i tested them and mtasa-1.3.1-rc-4725-20120929.exe is the last working version for me

i recorded and uploaded both the old version and the new loading, the way they are flashing the screen is different and for the new 1.3.1 if i want to see the loading screen not just the white box i have to install the old and uncheck disable aero , links: and

I installed everything except the audio driver it said that no compatible component was found (always had a hassle installing the audio driver and when i install it almost all the time after a restart i have no sound at all so that's why i prefer not to install it) but if i had audio issues gta sa wouldn't start but i can play gta sa and here is the new log http://pastebin.com/UJzfsXdh also would like to mention that i verified the device manager and i have everything installed

I followed all the instructions from the mta crashing post and nothing worked, i had mta sa 1.3.1 (not the latest version) and that worked and works but to join some servers i must have the latest mta therefore i updated my 1.3.1 to the latest and it doens't start anymore , then i installed 1.4 (i know it's unstable but i installed it just to see if it works) and i get the same problem. The best case scenario would be that a couple of guys who played alot of DD should be "hired" to make tournaments (ofcourse those are not allowed to be in any clan and can not participate in tournaments) and also stream the games on sites like twich.tv/own3d.tv (and ofcourse by streaming i mean commentating the game meanwhile,this could also attract sponsors in time because the cars/roads/... can have product placements) this in my opinion is the only way to promote the competitive side and i believe that 1 day it will happen. PS: If needed i could make like a 5-10 min pilot stream

I support this ideea but i believe it will need alot of work to make it happen but if this will ever happen it could open up the competitive side of the Destruction Derby. I believe that not only the DD side of the game gets overlooked but the whole game, anyways would be good to see streamed (and maybe commented) tournamens (just like other competitive games) because i know that top clans will agree with me when i say that there is definitely a major strategic side to DD clanwars.
