I recently began to have problems with starting MTA:SA. I would press the shortcut, the splash screen would show and nothing would follow for maybe 5 to 15 minutes when the game would startup. I just yesterday re-installed a fresh MTA and GTA. I click the startup, the splash screen appears and disappears with nothing to follow. I check task manager and it shows under processes that GTA:SA is running, I cannot end this process, it just wont end. If someone could help me I'd appreciate it a lot.
