I got a video, I have lag spikes in the beginning when I start if that has anything to do with it.

Hello, I am having an issue with my MTA Map editor, whenever I try to go onto the map editor everything loads until I get to the Grove Street spawn area. When I get to there it says ***NETWORK TROUBLE***, after a few seconds it goes away, but after that all the ground and building textures look like crud. It looks like I am in the an airplane with all the fuzzy buildings when I am ten feet off the ground.
