Its fixed, I replaced the whole Date (In the GTA Sa map) And it back worked suddenly, So i think something was broke in there but strange samp still worked on it.

Well 1.0.3 Then i updated to 1.0.4 And since then it keep showing error's even i downgrade to 1.0.3

Well i downloaded it and it not worked :
