Hello again , Can i do these steps to install new skins ?

I did the steps and it's working now . btw, I know some friends looked at this thread and did the steps on thier servers and they didn't know that I wrote this thread . This thread is helpful. Thank you so much Mr.varez not Varez .

Hello guys , How are you ? If you are fine , I'm fine and better than you anyway , I have opened new server on MTA before a month . I did every thing like streets , and building ........ etc but at this time i don't know how i install new cars on my server And I want all my new cars anybody can see it please help me I have searched for a week about that but i didn't find answer......... please please please
