  1. I think i've sorted the issue, I scrolled the middle mouse button and the object came to the camera, now it seems to do it by default again. Bit strange still though
  2. Perhaps a bug in the definition code i'd say then , for purposes of testing just change the definition back.
  3. No idea for the 2nd problem, But for the test problem try saving it under a new name, then re-open it and try the test again. You should also check to make sure your code isn't corrupt
  4. First of all make sure your firewall software isn't blocking the MTA program from connecting and that no other software may be interfering with it. As for the freezes it could be a few things; Check your system requirements, make sure you have enough RAM available and if you do, close any open programs you don't need, such as firefox (can be RAM intensive depending on your plugins) if it's performance related this may help. It's possible you have too many objects on the map, i've heard of issues with MTA if you go over 250, so make sure you dont have too many. To check, open your .map file with notepad++ or something and each line should be numbered and afaik each object is on a different line, so from that you should get a rough idea of how many objects you have. It could just be a software problem which may be solved with a reinstall, but make sure you backup all your saved maps somewhere first. /server/mods/deathmatch/resources is usually the location maps are saved to. This may also solve your update problem too
  5. Hi folks I've recently spent quite some hours working on a prison map for a roleplay server and started work on the next part of the map (the interior after completing the exterior), but all of a sudden i've started to have this problem with objects which is INFURIATING me. The problem Whenever I create an object, say a couch it doesn't appear infront of the cursor, but infact appears MILES away from where I want it, and literally to, in the virtual sense of course. I didn't have this issue until I started on the next room and I can't be without it because it's perfect for what I want, I dont think this problem is specific to the room im using as I did a quick test with a random object elsewhere and I had issues with that also, though not quite so much the object instead just randomly disappeared if it went past X or Y . I made this room without any problems whatsoever only yesterday; http://i55.tinypic.com/311m0qa.png (please dont rip this map, a lot of time has gone into making it all and not just this room) Any help would be appreciated, before I dont have any hair let to pull out!!!
