Just wondering if SAAC v1.2 works with MTA yet? And how do you get it to work?

I've checked the ports and it says their open, but I still get the connection timed out error!

Nope, this is my first time trying to create a server. Also, my ISP is bell sympatico, would that affect anything?

So I'm trying to start a server. I've opened port 2003 (I've got a 2wire 2701HG-G), put an exception in the windows firewall for said port, and the port seems to be open, but every time I try to connect to my server it waits a few seconds then says "Connection timed out" What am I doin wrong? EDIT: I just opened ports 22003, 22005, and 22126 as well as 2003, but I still get connection timed out when I try to quick connect!
