I am trying to use the web admin function on my server but I cant log in. Because accounts.xml does not exist for me to edit. I was following this: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Server_Manual. And I tried to create it myself but I get an error. How should this file be created? Or what should I do? Thanks.

I just got MTA:SA and am loving it. But I was playing on a server and they where running a mod of some kind. I could get into cars with people and if they didn't want me to it would tell me the car was locked. When I do this in the default MTA I just steal the car. Any way I can get that feature on my lan server? Thanks!
