I have reinstalled, but the same Problem! ALso with XP-Mode and Adminstrator-Mode it doesn't work

It didn't work! I have reinstalled MTA, but the Server crashes again :-/ Ingame i can start the Server, Host Game but manuell i can not start the server, because it crashes after load the ressources!
