Ive been looking for the tab, But I dont see it under properties. whats the program name?

Its nun of those problems. And the GTA game works well itself. Its jus the MTA launcher comes up and goes away. then nothing happens.

I downloaded all the files to the client, But when I click it, the little box comes up and goes away, but nothing happens. Ive downloaded GTA:SA already, and Im running Vista.
