Dosen't work.. I have tryed it but still not working, and I think thats some problem of mine, Me and my friend changed the car named Bufallo's HANDLING , but it also modifies. I think that is the HANDLING file's problem... Can you fix? Thanks..

I have downloaded MTA v1.0.3 from the home page after downloading & installing , I went to play it. But , when i click Map Editor , it says Connecting Local server. Then it is like gta sa loading. Load completes. It says connecting, then it goes back again (On the menu.) and says, "Gta SA files have been modified..." but i try try try nothing happens same thing, resintalled still the same problem..Please help me PLEASE!!!
