How can I contact with the owners of individual servers?

Due to the fact that the majority of admins in the game MTA are not in all time zones such as the area of Spanish game. I propose that any player in spain could be admin... I offer volunteer because I am playing MTA since 2006 and I think that I am qualified for it... I have never used cheats and hate them, my nick in MTA is: TORMO [ESP] I hope to be helpful thank you
