Nope only used windows firewall and turned it off when i use mta

All tabs are blank, the download works and quick connect doesn't work

Tried all of this

I know there are a lot of threads about this, i've read them all carefully tried everything and I still don't get any servers the only thing I can think of is a few weeks back i opened some ports up would that affect anything?
