I need help when i login on community it says service unavailable some one help give me an answer

When i go to community and then i login it says service currently unavailable why this happen some one help me plz

I really need help i wanna make a server T_T can some one help me

i did check it say your port is not open or reachable i checked all of them could u help me step by step?

i did look but my server is not on the list? how can i make my server visible to ppl?

I need some help how do i know if ppl can see my Server on browsers and join in? and when i load my map it it does load but the things i edited aren't there plz help me and am new to this so..
