Make sure you are installing to the right directory, where are you installing MTA and GTA

My system is running on English, vista 32 bit im trying to install MTA in Program Files/MTA San Andreas GTA is installed in Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas and my account type is administrator and yes im running 1.0

You probably have a different version of GTA_SA, take a look at this thread to convert it https://forum.multitheftauto.com/viewtopic.php?f=104&t=15151
