Its possible change the .dff file of a skin on MTA?

well, i know how change cars models, map's elements models but i dont know change skin models.

I can change their .TXD but i dont know change the .DFF

Somebody knows how do it?

You can't change skin models, only textures. If you ever bothered to read wiki, you'd have known the that without asking such question here...
