"could not load race mod"

Hi im New here. Im Hotrodx199. I just downloaded MTA SA Race mod client. I use windows vista so i did delete the client.dll in the race folder. When i try to join a server it says "could not load race mod" help please? also i got it patch to 1.01 i think thats whats it called. Help is apperciated.

MTA:RACE does NOT work udner WindowsVista, either dual boot Vista and XP or forget about MTA.
