Full aim drive-bys (like the single player cheatcode)

in this previous image in the gallery -

it shows the driver of the bike using the full-driveby aim mechanics cheat from the single player version of gta san andreas (OUIQDWM - summin like that )

anyways, i was wondering if this will be somehow implimented into mtasa somehow, or were you just messing with the code? because in single player, this cheat also worked as a stead mode, where you could fall off of it.
