Hi everyone,

I am looking for someone who knows their shaders. What I expect: Someone who's capable of making shaders that can be applied to textures (gold-like with fake reflections, texture overlays, moving textures, maybe tiling textures without stretch if possible. Knowledge of modifying meshes and all of those cool things is not needed.). Don't know what's possible with shaders, don't have time for them either.

I need special focus on performance also, please advise me on which of my requirements can severely affect user performance.
