Blue for VC

I've read "currently nobody is working on it". Can I change that? I'd like to offer my help.

I don't have SA, and I still love VC. The worst part is even with the "Best" tools out there I can't come close to creating a game that I want, but I know with blue that would change(And I don't feel like learning mirc scripting, - even if I did it still couldn't come close to what it should be).

Most of my experience is with servers and server technologies (cgi, fast-cgi(Excellent for universal scripting, in any language, and inherent distributed computing), http/1.1), and I've done a fair amount of work on command processors/bytecode interpretors. I love to learn and want to play VC with the best.

personally i would love to see a vc release again.. VC is one of my favorite games.
