Not correct. The MTA Web Team is responsible for the MTA Center. At the moment, they are building and desininging a new version. Just wait for it and don't complain about things you get for free.

With a decent versioncontrol server you can do the multiple editing yourself, with all kinds of files. See the documentation of the Subversion server, or set one up yourself. It is not really important to have that (hard) features in a scripting language for a simple game....

You still have to link MTA to SA... if you include another step into the process, the interpreter, it wont make it better/easier imho. There is not much difference between a interpreter version for every SA version or a MTA detecting the correct version. You still need that customised last link into the engine... And what program makes that link, is not really important

Back ontopic:
Vorbisfile.dll is crashing. As my searching skills tell me, this is caused by a "copyprotection"-patch. Are you using a no-cd patch?
