  1. Hi, welcome to the forums!

Please be more specific about the issue you're facing and the solutions you've already tried to fix it.

  2. Hi,

This is a problem that only they (the admins/the devs of that server) can provide support with and/or fix since this only occurs on their server.
You're not the first person complaining about this particular server and about particular problems only occuring on this server, our recommendation is to consider finding somewhere else to play.

  3. Hi, welcome to the forums!

If you're looking to appeal a global ban (issued by MTA and not by a particular server), then please read the following:

    Quote

Our policy regarding global ban-appeals and cheater reports has been changed as of 25th Jan 2023 and we no longer handle them. Your ban appeal topic has been therefore closed.

If your ban is temporary, then please wait for it to expire and make sure to remove any traces of unwanted software (i.e. cheating tools, network interfering programs etc.) from your device.

If your ban is permanent, please understand that we will not pursue this matter onwards as our decision has already been made and is not disputable.

For additional information regarding these policy changes, please refer to this topic: Cheater Reports & Ban Appeals in 2023

  4. Hi, please see the message posted on our Discord server: https://discord.com/channels/278474088903606273/278548694377299988/1196922655606054973

    Basically, it states:

Hello everyone. We would like to apologize for the problem we've triggered in the last hour (and some time to come). Many players might encounter a global ban due to a misconfigured anti-cheat detection, but it should automatically resolve itself soon. Our recommendation is to restart MTA San Andreas 1-3 times and see if the issue goes away on its own. If you're still banned, then please wait for it to expire before bombarding our Discord with many messages in the help channel.

  5. Hi, welcome to the forums.

As the error message hints, remove any trace of cheating software that might reside on your device.
If you have no idea of any such software, conside performing a complete antivirus scan and/or clean reinstall of your OS.

  6. Hi, welcome to the forums!

If you still need help on this matter consider updating to the latest nightly version of MTA and check if this solves your issue.

For Win7/8/8.1 users, this can be done by downloading the latest build from here: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa_maetro-1.6-rc-22345-20231223.exe

For Win10+ users, this can be done by downloading the latest build from here: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa-1.6-rc-22345-20231223.exe

  7. Hi, welcome to the forums!

Your message doesn't exactly make it clear whether you're experiencing problems only on TOP-GTA servers or every server you're trying to connect.
Nonetheless, if you're facing issues connecting specifically (and only) to the TOP-GTA servers, then you should reach out to that server's administration.

If you're having trouble connecting to any server (other than TOP-GTA), please give us more details about what kind of errors you're facing, what solutions you've already tried to fix this problem etc.

  8. Hi, welcome to the forums!

Please note that ENB's are not officially supported/compatible with MTA and while some versions work, others don't. Try using ENB's based on prior versions of v0.306 and keep searching until you find one that both suits you and works with MTA.

  9. As stated in the error message, you have some sort of virus on your device. Consider performing a full antivirus scan to detect and remove said virus. If you're unable to identify the virus, then please consider performing a clean reinstall of your device's operating system, which should fix your problem.

  10. Hi, welcome to the forums.

Please make sure you're running a legitimate, non-modified version of GTA:SA. Installing various GTA's from the internet is not advised, nor encouraged and we do not provide support to those that are using illegitimate versions of the game. You can grab a copy of the game from the sources mentioned here: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Where_to_buy_GTASA

Once you install a legitimate version of the game, these kind of errors should disappear.
